BCO Event 003 brought us to Belfast for an exclusive, small-group property walkthrough.
With just 15 places available, we took attendees inside a property between tenancies and undergoing refurbishment, exploring the numbers, renovation costs, key decisions and investment strategy behind the project.
The walkthrough provided an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and gain practical insight into the realities of property investment.
Afterwards, we headed for coffee and networking, bringing together people at different stages of their property journeys to exchange ideas, build relationships and learn from one another.
