BCO Property started with three young people from Ireland, each pursuing their own journey in property, construction and development. What began as conversations, shared interests and a desire to learn from others developed into something bigger - a community built around bringing people together through property.
Through site walkthroughs, networking events, real projects and content, we're creating opportunities for people to see what happens behind the scenes. From understanding the numbers and decisions behind a refurbishment to hearing directly from those involved, we believe some of the most valuable lessons come from real experiences and honest conversations.
Our ambition is to build a property network that extends beyond individual projects and events. A community where people at every stage can share knowledge, build meaningful relationships and find opportunities to grow. We're still building our own experience along the way, and that's part of what BCO is about - learning, progressing and bringing others along for the journey.

The People Behind BCO
Three different backgrounds. One shared vision. BCO Property was founded by Ben Magee, Connor Gaffney and Oisín Magone, bringing together experience in planning, project management and quantity surveying. Each pursuing their own path in property, they came together with a shared ambition to create a network built on real projects, practical knowledge and genuine connections.
Ben is a property investor, graduate planner and co-founder of BCO Property, with a background in construction and property development. Alongside his professional career in planning, he is building his own property portfolio, beginning with the renovation of his first investment property in Warrenpoint. Through documenting his journey online, Ben shares practical insights into property investment, renovation and the realities of getting started. At BCO, he focuses on growing the community, creating opportunities for learning and bringing like-minded people together through events, content and real property projects.
Conor is a construction professional and co-founder of BCO Property. With a background in architecture, he now works across large-scale residential developments in Dublin, coordinating construction, programme and project delivery. Through BCO, Conor brings that practical construction experience into the projects, events and conversations we share.
Oisín is a Quantity Surveyor, property investor and co-founder of BCO Property. Working across cost management, procurement and project delivery, he brings a commercial perspective to the team. Alongside his professional role, Oisín is actively undertaking his own renovation project and documenting the process through BCO.
